Description

• Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Drive quality measurement and improvement activities to meet both company and customer quality requirements for all products and programs.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish quality goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and lead investigations into product or process nonconformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance principles, practices, and procedures. Oversee the documentation of quality procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management.
• Working knowledge of ISIR, PPAP, and control plans
• Skilled in using measurement and inspection tools, CMM knowledge a plus
• Supervise Quality team
• Manage ISO and customer audits

• Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 900
• Experience with metal fabrication and strong QA methodology skills
