Job Summary:
Duties:
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Drive quality measurement and improvement activities to meet both company and customer quality requirements for all products and programs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish quality goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and lead investigations into product or process nonconformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance principles, practices, and procedures. Oversee the documentation of quality procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management.
- Working knowledge of ISIR, PPAP, and control plans
- Skilled in using measurement and inspection tools, CMM knowledge a plus
- Supervise Quality team
- Manage ISO and customer audits
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 900
- Experience with metal fabrication and strong QA methodology skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
Pay:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
