Description

At Home, our Beauty & Essentials team is responsible for purchasing and marketing our beauty, lingerie, and accessories products. Our goal is to continuously develop our offerings, identify trends, and make them accessible to our customers through various management models. We work analytically, using data and tools, and serve as the central interface between suppliers/brands and our platform. Through our cross-functional structure, we collaborate directly with data management, availability management, and retail marketing within the team. We are a lively and communicative team, and if you have a passion for beauty, fashion, and e-commerce, then we invite you to apply with us.

While many talk about "working from home," we believe in "mobile work": as a team, we decide on the right balance between remote work and in-person presence. Our team is on-site approximately two to three days a week, but we always come together on Tuesdays for our team day on campus.

Your Impact

You will gain comprehensive insights into the planning and management of the category, including assortment and cross-channel marketing.

Your support is also needed in the buying process, preparing for supplier meetings, and creating individual brand and assortment reports.

Together with the category managers, you will implement operational steps in assortment selection, supplier communication and negotiations, content provision, and article go-live.
