Provide exceptional logistics solutions and customer service by efficiently coordinating with customers, internal warehouse operations, and transportation teams


Schedule:
This position is Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


What you get to do as a Logistics Coordinator

• Process customer logistics orders and service requests accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customers' orders and requests
• Schedule delivery appointments for outbound transportation orders
• Provide regular status updates to customers
• Resolve customer concerns with effective communication, excellent order management, and customer service
• Ensure ontime and accurate invoicing of orders

What you bring

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency required
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Must be able to multitask in a fastpaced environment and have high attentiontodetail
• Previous experience in Produce and Logistics industry is preferred
• Ability to perform, collaborate, and effectively work with others in a team based environment
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problemsolving skills
• Computersavvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) is preferred
