    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies to ensure the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across various teams and drive our company's growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Utilize these insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
    2. Product Launches: Lead product launch initiatives, including developing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing materials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
    3. Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that distinguish our products in the market and resonate with target customers.
    4. Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to empower the sales team to effectively position and sell our products.
    5. Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive product adoption. Collaborate with the demand generation team on campaign execution.
    6. Customer Engagement: Formulate strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle. Produce customer-facing materials such as case studies, testimonials, and user guides.
    7. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Use insights to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
    8. Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer internally. Collect feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to guide product development and marketing decisions.
    9. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
    10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
    • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus.
