    Who we are looking for

    An operations professional with a servant leadership style experienced high volume guest experience operations focused on safety and service. We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership and lead all aspects of our revenue based operations including guest arrivals, food & beverage, retail, and events. 

    Qualities should include being a self starter, a supportive teammate, and ability to push ego to the side when it's time to roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty as we bring a special theme park to life for the families and community of Dallas-Fort Worth.

    The deliverables you will be tasked with

    • Finalizing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and associated operational documentation across Food & Beverage, Retail, Arrivals, and Group & Events Bookings.
    • Lead administrative functions across revenue operations verticals related to conducting inventory, COGS calculations, product ordering, and reporting paired with revenue generation recommendations.
    • Oversee all day to day operational planning related to key products including birthday parties, group visits, and private events.
    • Provide servant style leadership to a team of direct reports including a Correspondence & Booking Coordinator, and Team Leaders for Food & Beverage, Retail, and Arrivals as well as onboarding & managing a front line team of up to 50 employees.
    • Effectively schedule employees and manage daily labor to hit budgeted targets.
    • Cover park duty manager shifts, ensuring daily opening/mid/closing operational checklists are completed, provide in park support to our guests and team members, and generate end of day operational reporting.
    • Being a leadership role model contributing to building a culture of operational and service excellence.
    • Other duties as assigned (as mentioned, we operate in an entrepreneurial atmosphere)

    How your success will be measured

    • Dig World's guest ratings across major guest review engines.
    • Per cap spend, cost of goods, and shrinkage for retail and food & beverage operations
    • Average ticket price of at-gate sales.
    • Effectively managing labor costs in relation to daily revenue and defined budgets
    • Employee turnover and retention rate.
    • Flawless scores and reputation with the Texas Department of State Health Services and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
    • Being a supportive teammate and servant leader to your team
