    Who we are looking for

    An operations professional with a servant leadership style experienced high volume guest experience operations focused on safety and service. We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership and lead all aspects of our operations overseeing attractions and janitorial.

    Qualities should include being a self starter, a supportive teammate, and ability to push ego to the side when it's time to roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty as we bring a special theme park to life for the families and community of Dallas-Fort Worth.

    The deliverables you will be tasked with

    • Finalizing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and associated operational documentation across attractions and janitorial.
    • Provide servant style leadership to a team of direct reports including Team Leaders for attractions and janitorial as well as onboarding & managing a front line team of up to 75 employees.
    • Cover park duty manager shifts, ensuring daily opening/mid/closing operational checklists are completed, provide in park support to our guests and team members, and generate end of day operational reporting.
    • Overseeing employee attraction training certification processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
    • Managing the inventory and ordering of operating supplies related to attractions, and janitorial operations.
    • Being a leadership role model contributing to building a culture of operational and service excellence.
    • Other duties as assigned (as mentioned, we operate in an entrepreneurial atmosphere)

    • Attraction throughput volume.
    • Effectively managing labor costs in relation to daily revenue and defined budget.
