    Metric Geo are partnered with a Top-Rated ENR Contractor with a backlog of $45B+ worth of projects across the US

    They are looking to hire an Estimator to be based in their Fort Worth office, overseeing Estimating on large-scale industrial projects including data centers and EV battery plants.

    Key Responsibilities

    Cost Estimation:

    • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand project scope and requirements.
    • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

    Bid Preparation:

    • Develop comprehensive bid proposals in response to invitations to bid (ITBs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).

    Risk Assessment:

    • Identify and evaluate potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project costs.

    Value Engineering:

    • Collaborate with project teams to explore alternative construction methods, materials, and designs to achieve cost savings without compromising quality or performance.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, bid documents, and related correspondence.
    • Generate reports and presentations summarizing cost estimates, bid results, and project budgets for management review.
