Position Summary:
This role involves overseeing and analyzing financial activities throughout Fisher Barton's Divisions.
As the Finance Director, you will lead efforts to maximize profitability and scalability in line with the company's core values:

The role includes developing plans and strategies to optimize Fisher Barton's human, physical, and financial resources, with a focus on anticipating and addressing potential issues proactively.
Essential Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, individuals must excel in each essential duty. The following requirements demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Coordinates and standardizes financial processes across all Divisions
- Develops, Implements, and Enforces Financial Policies
- Demonstrates strong leadership and mentorship to Division Controllers and assigned personnel
- Analyzes financial data and provides recommendations to management
- Supports business projects for operational improvement and profitability
- Sets financial objectives and policies
- Manages budget preparation, forecasts, and strategic planning
- Prepares reports on the company's financial position
- Facilitates audits and advises on operational adjustments
- Manages insurance coverage and reports preparation
- Leads monthly financial operations review
- Collaborates with operations managers on inventory management
- Updates costing standards and conducts financial analysis
- Supports direct reports and fulfills additional assigned tasks
- Possesses strong communication skills to engage with all levels of the company and the Board of Directors
- Additional duties as required by CEO

Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Business
- Minimum of 10 years of financial experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, & Power Point
- Expertise in Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- External Audit Experience
- C.P.A. preferred
- IT Integration experience
Direct Reports:
- Supervision of Division Controllers and Plant Accounting
- Supervision of AP/AR/Payroll functions
- Significant collaboration with various stakeholders
