Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Support the Principal in implementing the school's mission and vision that aligns with Islamic values and educational excellence.
• Manage the daily operations of the school, including supervisory duties, staff assignments, and student activities.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of educational programs, ensuring they meet the needs of students and comply with state standards.
• Lead disciplinary procedures, uphold school policies, and promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Engage with parents and the community to foster partnerships that enhance student learning and school improvement.
• Oversee staff professional development and performance, ensuring alignment with school goals.

Qualifications:

- degree in Education Administration or a related field required.

• A minimum of one years' experience in educational leadership, preferably in an Islamic school setting.
• Strong understanding of the curricular and extracurricular needs of students in an Islamic educational context.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Deep commitment to upholding the values and educational goals of an Islamic school.
