Loan Servicing company (not an originator) seeking experienced
Payoff Demands and Reinstatement Coordinator to join FCI's dedicated team of long-term mortgage professionals.

Job description
Processing payoff demands/reinstatement to requesting parties.

Team effort is needed to acknowledge payoff requests, determine recording fees, read loan documents, calculate payoff, and communicate with private lenders all within industry time frames.

Experience with business purpose loans Understanding of hard money loans Knowledge of default rates.
Familiarity with loan documents Banking experience very helpful
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely Advanced organization skills.
Ability to meet timelines guidelines.
Works well with Team
Good mathematical skills
Background with basic title company
Experience with real estate loan documents Notes/Deeds/Assignments
Mortgage background with knowledge
Experience with Office equipment technology Word/PDF/Excel

ONSITE TRAINING ESTIMATED FOR 90

DAYS:
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8am to 5pm
