Monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
Assisting in surgical procedures and providing post-operative care.
Educating patients and their families on proper healthcare practices.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid RN license in the state of practice.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medicalsurgical setting.
Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and focused in highstress situations.
Knowledge of medicalsurgical nursing procedures and protocols.
