Customer Service Representative | Site Manager (m/f/d) for Building Cleaning in Hamburg

Your challenge with us:

  • Managing, instructing, and coordinating your cleaning teams, including scheduling and documentation
  • Ensuring the delivery of contracted services, including documentation and quality control
  • Responsibility for budget compliance and providing entrepreneurial input
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships, such as expanding WISAG's service offerings in your assigned sites
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues

You will be responsible for various interesting sites in the greater Hamburg area.
