- Apply powder to parts following customer specifications.
- Conduct visual quality checks during the application process.
- Clean system components thoroughly between color changes and at the end of each shift.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and chemical levels.
- Document powder usage for inventory management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare parts for application and hang them efficiently on the line.
- Perform visual inspections and document quantities accurately.
- Organize finished parts for further processing or shipping.

The Powder Coating Specialist is responsible for applying powder to parts using automatic and manual powder guns, ensuring a safe work environment and high-quality output.
