Are you interested in explaining the technical aspects of INVERS' sharing solutions to customers from all over the world? As a technical contact, you will support new and existing customers in integrating our products into their workflow.

In collaboration with our development team, you will help optimize solutions for product integration.

Join our team in project management & support with your strong communication skills and technical understanding at our locations in Siegen or Cologne, full-time and permanent.

THE TASK

  • You analyze and coordinate technical issues for our international customers
  • You identify customer and market needs and communicate them to our product management team
  • You support our sales team in customer meetings and explain the technical side of our products
  • You are the technical contact for our customers regarding our products and solutions
  • You are responsible for training customers on our products and tools

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed a degree with a focus on a technical field or a comparable education
  • You have excellent conceptual and analytical skills
  • You understand technical connections and have a structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • You are motivated to familiarize yourself with the functionalities of modular sharing technologies
  • Customer orientation and aboveaverage commitment are a given for you
  • You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
