Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Insurance Services Supervisor, the Insurance Services Representative I is responsible for loading correct demographic and insurance information to ensure clean claims, consistent with the mission and philosophy of CHW Medical Foundation.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Two years' experience working in healthcare revenue cycle, a professional medical office, and/or Non Healthcare customer service position
High School diploma or GED
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of computers

Preferred Qualifications:

Three years' experience working in healthcare revenue cycle and/or a professional medical office with Customer Service responsibilities
Oneyear experience with IDX Practice Management System and Cerner preferred
Knowledge of physician billing regulations
Understanding of professional claims and billing procedures
Knowledge of Google Suite

Pay Range
$ $22.42 /hour
