At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Specialist for Implementation Projects and Operational Excellence (m/f/d) for DB Services GmbH at our location in Berlin.
Your tasks:
  • You will take on the management of implementing new production concepts in our regional organization
  • You will assume different roles depending on the size and type of project - from project manager to PMO to expert coach
  • You will monitor the progress of implementation using key figures and ensure communication through appropriate forms
  • You will check the sustainability of implementation through audits and on-site visits
  • And last but not least, you will play a key role in implementing standards and best practices in terms of operational excellence and further developing our production system
Your profile:
  • Successfully completed degree in business engineering, service engineering, facility management, or a comparable field, ideally in disciplines with a production or maintenance focus
  • Extensive experience in setting
