- Anticipate –Put yourself in the interviewer's position. What do you believe the interviewer is most interested in? Why do you think you have been invited to interview?
- Research –What are the primary functions of the line of business? What are the success factors for the job? Is there a job description available?
- Assess –Think about your skills, abilities, knowledge, interests, traits, values and accomplishments. Match them to what you know about the job. Consider which ones you should highlight.
- Prepare Answers –Think about what the interviewer may ask, determine what the best answer is and write it down.
- Prepare Questions – Interviewing is a two-way street. By asking thoughtful questions, you communicate your interest and learn a lot about the job. Choose two or three questions to ask your interviewer. Avoid asking a lot of questions about vacation time or breaks.
- Practice – It may seem awkward, but it is the best way to come across well in an interview. Practice your own "great responses" with others or in front of a mirror until you appear relaxed and at ease.
- Follow-up – Send a brief follow-up letter to the interviewer. Keep in mind that the many job searchers will not send a follow-up letter. Sending one can become a competitive advantage.

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams.
Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards.
Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.This position is for a Lead DevOps Engineer role within a diverse cross-functional team. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
Responsibilities:
Configuration and support of the enterprise SDLC toolset including work management, source control, and CI/CD tools.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of component onboarding which requires engagement from multiple teams.
Provides Onboarding and Day-1 support for SDLC environment pipelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding, s/he must assist with technology setup, questions, and resolution of issues.
Troubleshoot build and setup failures and facilitate resolution.Assist in internal team documentation to streamline processes and broaden knowledgebase.
Proactively work with internal teams to streamline onboarding and usage of capabilities.
Communicate status frequently to technology partners.
Ensures execution and delivery meets technology's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, and timeline.
Partners with architecture and tech solution owner to ensure project efforts are aligned to enterprise standards and tech strategy.
Skills:
Ability to understand various / complex application architecture to support setting up Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Testing.
Hands-on DevOps experience for following functions (tools): Version Control (GIT/Bitbucket), Build Orchestration (Jenkins), Code Quality (SonarQube and Unit Testing frameworks), Artifact Management (Artifactory) and Deployment (Ansible).
Experience with Database Build & Deployment using Datical and Release Orchestration using XLRelease would be an added advantage.Hands-on experience in application development and operating environments including Windows Server, .NET, SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux platform, including LDAP-based authentication integration and clustering.
Communicate effectively, clearly articulating technical issues, problem incident resolution, readiness status and reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
