SERVPRO is seeking a reliable and dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring residential and commercial properties to their pre-loss condition after experiencing damage from fire, water, mold, or other disasters.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and restoration tasks according to company standards and procedures.
• Use specialized equipment and techniques to clean and sanitize affected areas.
• Remove debris, damaged materials, and contaminants from job sites.
• Assist with packing, moving, and storing contents during the restoration process.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure quality service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or restoration is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
