Hourly (Part-time Casual)

We are continually searching for passionate beauty lovers that want to help our customer through their beauty experience. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, we want you to be the advisor on our customer's journey

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Demonstrate selling, incentive and product knowledge strategies
  • Cover sales floor at all times
  • Maintain awareness of all sale promotions
  • Replenish sales floor as needed
  • Execute store maintenance checklist (neat, clean and tidy) including service desk.
  • Effectively adjust to different customer personalities
  • Able to operate computerized register system & use common tools
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales plan
  • Strengthen and develop relationship with existing customers

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Previous retail experience or relevant customer service experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results
  • Willingness to work non
- traditional business hours including nights, weekends & holidays

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and problem solving abilities
  • Great teambuilding, project managements and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Will be able to work with a diverse client base
  • Exceptional attention to detail
