Store Managers from all backgrounds to join our team.

With the rate at which we are growing, we have many advancement opportunities for you to grow with us.

Salary range for role is 50k - 52k per year

Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly bonus which is uncapped. Average bonus for high performing Shop Manager can begin at $6,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time
Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings
Think critically to resolve issues as they happen in realtime; think proactively to spot potential issues before they arise
Ability to conduct interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, developing and termination of teammates
Train your team to perform light duty maintenance on customers' vehicles
Enforce all policies and procedures
Creating a positive work environment for staff
Partner with Area Manager to set goals and review performance
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
Manage customer relations
Maintain accurate inventory
Cash management of daily bank deposits
Create weekly schedules and manage labor
Monitor and track in shop performance goals
Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment
