  • Creation of performance descriptions and performance specifications in the field of turnkey construction (fit-out, SF trades and external envelope for industrial, commercial and residential buildings)
  • Creation of schedules and determination of quantities
  • Preparation of subcontractor services for contract award
  • Ensuring qualitative and price goals

Your profile

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on civil engineering
  • Extensive professional experience in the field of tendering or construction or project management of turnkey construction projects
  • Proficient in common office applications and a calculation software, ideally RiB iTWO
  • Experience in model-based work based on BIM systems is desirable
