The MeisterWerke also include Moderna GmbH & Co. KG, which focuses on DIY stores and large-scale retailers, as well as Hain Naturböden GmbH & Co. KG, a premium parquet brand with a manufacturing character. We are looking for a Customer Advisor / Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) for Export Your responsibilities: You will be the contact person (m/f/d) for our customers, whom you will support in close cooperation with our field sales team


This includes in particular:

Active telephone customer advice and support Order processing Preparation of quotations Maintenance of master data in the ERP system Preparation of customs documents Organization of freight orders and container shipments Your qualifications: Completed commercial training with professional experience in import or export, e.g.

industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) Very good knowledge of English Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable (e.g.

French) Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally an ERP system Customer orientation,
