About this Role
The Solar Service Technician provides quality assurance for each installation. The person to fulfill this role will ensure that the solar installation is complete and functioning properly.


Responsibilities:

Will be troubleshooting Solar Edge and Endphase inverters. Experience with SMA and Fronius a plus.

Install, inspect, maintain, or repair solar panel systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting.

Do any electrical work needed to connect the solar system to the electric grid. This includes proper grounding systems, controls, and all necessary testing.

Physical Requirements:

Able to carry up to 40 lbs.

Able to climb on a roof.


Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of PV equipment and installation.

Extensive knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment.

Residential solar experience is required. Commercial solar experience is a plus.

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Valid driver's license.


Education/Experience:

• 1+ year(s) solar experience.

$ $28.00 per hour
