Job description:

Responsibilities:

Assist in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants.
Analyze customer's credit and financial scenario and determining appropriate loan product(s) under the guidance and review of the loan officer.
Run credit on assigned loans.
Run automated underwriting systems (AUS) and prepares the loan fees for disclosure.
Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and respond accordingly.
Manage assigned database, tracking active loan(s) and entering data.

Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum - Hight school or equivalent

Years of Experience:

Minimum - 3 years of Mortgage, Mortgage Lending or Related

License/Certifications/Training:

Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) - Preferred
