- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

- A proven track record of at least 2 to 3 years of outside selling experience in B2B industrial or the manufacturing sector.

- Experience generating leads and building a robust pipeline, demonstrating your ability to drive business growth.
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time, including potential overnights stays.
- Valid U.S. Driver's license, allowing you to hit the road and seize new opportunities.
- Industry experience in packaging sector, will be advantageous, giving you insights.
- Continuing education (i.e., bachelor's degree, technical training, etc.) or equivalent experience in corrugated packaging will set you apart as a candidate dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth within the industry.

Georgia-Pacific's is looking for a Transitional Growth Representative to support our corrugated packaging business in the North East Market to support our box facility in Bradford, PA primarily as well as our sister box facilities across the GP Corrugated organization.
A successful Transitional Growth Representative will be responsible for sustained and profitable sales growth in the industrial or manufacturing corrugated market with a focus on new business, customer service, value creation and general market awareness. The Transitional Growth Representative reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Candidate Location : We are seeking a candidate ideally in the following locations: Altoona, PA, Wilkes-Barre, PA, Scranton, PA, Erie, PA, Lewisburg, PA,Cleveland, OH, or Youngstown, OH. Geography is valuable to be in a reasonable proximity to support our Bradford, PA box facility. This is a home-based position with up to 50% field travel in this position and with visits to prospects, customers, and GP plant facilities for team collaboration.
Compensation: This position is an outside sales position with a transitional salary offering. We offer a guaranteed base salary plus variable with an opportunity to transition to uncapped full commission where you are rewarded for your contributions & performance.
