Purpose of the Job_


The Market Leader has multi-unit area experience which includes the overall responsibility for overseeing the people processes, and operations of multiple areas and the restaurants in those areas.

Champions a positive customer focus. Does not fall into the excuse making cycle of behavior. Consistently Benchmarks and Tracks Critical Guest Contact points and provides this relevant feedback on "each" restaurant visitation and/or shift.


Additional Benefit - Car Allowance

Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
