    Job Responsibilities
    - Leads the department when needed, always focusing on customer service, and ensuring a clean and safe environment
    - Conducts quality improvement inspections, coaches associates, and ensures department training programs are conducted timely
    - Orders supplies/equipment, maintains ABM Healthcare Support Services Systems, and leads TQM/Customer Service initiatives
    - Reports data to the Director of Environmental Services promptly and maintains a safe work environment for all customers

    Minimum Requirements
    - Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks without supervision
    - May require travel to meetings and hospital-related functions

    Required Training
    - Fire Safety, Blood Borne Pathogens, Right-To-Know, Hand Hygiene, Infection Control, Physical Demands, eSource Education, Q-Tips, Best Practices, Chemical Safety and Usage

    Pre-Employment and Annual Requirements
    - Includes a 10 panel drug screen, physical examination ability to lift up to 50 pounds, MMR titer, Hepatitis B Vaccine series, PPD skin test, and history of chicken pox or Varicella vaccine
