Digital Director for eCommerce
Responsibilities:
- ** Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive online sales, increase customer engagement, and enhance the overall user experience on the eCommerce website.
**Manage ALL Uploads and Maintenance of CSV( Spreadsheets) with ALL vendors and partners.
- ** Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring that it is user-friendly, functional, and optimized for performance. Collaborate with IT teams to implement necessary updates and improvements.
- **E-commerce Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- ** Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and enhance the overall online shopping experience. Test and optimize website elements to maximize sales and user satisfaction.
- ** User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI): Collaborate with design teams to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Focus on optimizing the website's UI/UX for increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- ** Mobile Commerce: Stay abreast of mobile commerce trends and ensure that the eCommerce website is optimized for mobile users, providing a smooth and responsive mobile shopping experience.
- ** Technology Integration: Explore and implement emerging technologies and tools that can enhance the eCommerce platform, such as AI-driven personalization, chatbots, and other innovative solutions.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of digital professionals, including web developers, digital marketers, and UX/UI designers. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in digital marketing and analytics
- Proficiency in SEO tools, conversion optimization, SEO, social media marketing, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience with performance marketing, ecommerce, JavaScript, SQL, graphic design, keyword research, copywriting, social media management, B2B marketing, and content management systems
- Familiarity with AI, UX, UI, and conversion optimization concepts
