Your main responsibilities:


  • As the site manager of ias PREVENT GmbH, you are responsible for the management and leadership of the Munich location
  • As part of this, you demonstrate a respectful and goaloriented personnel responsibility for your team at the site
  • You take on personnel planning, recruitment, and development of your team in coordination with the management
  • In addition, you also work in the operational daytoday business by conducting health checkups
  • You significantly contribute to the further development and maintenance of our high quality standards
  • You develop locationspecific acquisition measures for the establishment and expansion of our customer network, thus contributing to profitable revenue growth at the site
