- Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Required RDN Licensure (with upcoming NYS Licensed CDN)
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Demonstrated passion for community health
- Conduct initial and follow-up consultations with patients
- Provide individual and group education and counseling to high-risk patients and their families
- Offer outreach and support to patients dealing with weight issues and chronic illnesses
- Participate in food demos, health events, and workshops alongside a diverse team
- Contribute as a key member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled clinical professional to join our Nutrition Department as a Nutritionist. In this role, you will be responsible for offering guidance and support to high-risk patients and their families at our primary care and multi-specialty health centers. This position is based at our El Nuevo San Juan Community Health Center in the Bronx, NY, focusing on providing assistance to elderly patients and their families at our Center For Healthy Aging.

Salaries range from $60,000 to $77,000 per year
Work Environment and Schedule:
Full-time position based in Bronx, NY, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
