Your Mission

As Teamlead Engineering, you are responsible for the further development of our software. Together with your development team, you work on making our product happyhotel more customer-oriented. Using agile methods, you shape the system from idea to finished product.

Your Tasks

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented team of developers in the areas of features, interfaces, and machine learning.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects to achieve development goals on time.
Reporting: Organize user tests for new features and communicate development goals with key stakeholders.
Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and provide a great user experience.

Your Profile

Experience as a software developer, preferably in the SaaS industry or startup sector.
Experience in leading and building a team.
Understanding of software development methods and processes.
Proficiency in Python & AWS Lambda.
Experience with NoSQL/mongoDB and RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Experience with agile development methods.
A problem-solving, structured, and communicative approach to work completes your profile.
