  • Be enthusiastic about translating user insights into innovative opportunities and strategies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional skills in user research methods and strategic design approaches.
  • Develop highquality, usercentered design strategies and product and service definitions.
  • Distill your ideas and lead the creation of compelling outputs (frameworks, workflows, presentations, and videos) that use storytelling to bring research to life.
