We are seeking YOU to join our team at our Düsseldorf location as a full-time Project Manager (Logistics/Warehouse) m/f/d.

At RENT4EVENT GmbH, we turn every event into an unforgettable experience. From consultation to delivery and return, we are a reliable partner for our customers. We are an event supplier and non-food caterer, providing everything our customers need for their events. With locations in Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Cologne, we are close to our customers all over Germany.


Your future responsibilities:


  • Managing projects and project phases in the event industry
  • Direct collaboration with sales and project planners
  • Setup and dismantling, as well as coordination of onsite project teams
  • Checking and returning furniture and equipment
  • Communicating and coordinating with customers onsite
  • Staff planning
  • Quality assurance

Your profile:


  • You are a team player, reliable, and communicative
  • Ideally, you have completed training as a warehouse specialist
  • Professional experience with a passion for the event industry
  • Good knowledge of German
  • High selfmotivation and goal orientation
  • Class B driver's license
  • Physical fitness
  • Willingness to work weekends and nights
