Description
This Role will develop/manage and write work instructions / SOP's for all value stream, safety and training documents, inputting into VKS (Visual Knowledge Share)Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
Communicate written and verbal internal and external changes in process
Manage value streams of different processing areas effectively
Present data and measures to management and supervisors
Train on best practices to ensure quality and safety
Present process improvements to customer
Technical writing and process flow experience
Basic blueprint reading experience
Helpful Skills/Experience:
Presentation skills, Process improvement techniques, People development, Leadership, Value streams
Computer Skills:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WMS systems
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- East Peoria, IL 61611: Relocate before starting work (required)
