What can you expect?

• You will maintain and cultivate stable relationships between investors and various third parties such as maintenance service providers, technical experts, grid operators, power traders, energy suppliers, transmission system operators (TSOs), and authorities
• You will maintain logbooks for the facilities and projects under your care and generate reports on the performance and incidents of wind farm facilities on a weekly or monthly basis
• You will handle technical troubleshooting for significant failures, be comfortable working at heights, and conduct inspections on the facilities
• You are knowledgeable about technical solutions, enjoy proposing optimizations, and maintain the project files for the projects entrusted to you
• You will monitor and document compliance with claim management and work closely with other departments such as commercial asset management, health and safety, legal, grid integration, and sustainability to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize the operation of the facilities

What should you bring?

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, energy management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in technical operations management of wind turbines
