Responsibilities:


  • Respond to daily customer requests via our client management software through text messages and phone calls
  • Answer and attend to member questions / concerns / needs
  • Support other team members and the sales process
  • Provide an intentional / genuine facility tour with prospective customers
  • Showcase passion about the combat arts and fitness space
  • Responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members to maximize TBC experience
  • Be an expert on the TBC product: classes, amenities, features, and programs

Qualifications:


  • Unmatched energy level
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Passion for health, fitness, and combat arts is a plus
  • Integrity + team oriented
  • High level computer proficiency
  • Customer Service experience preferred Strong communication skills
- verbal and written

  • Experience using a CRM platform
  • Experience with the sales process
  • A strong desire to grow professionally and personally
  • Flexible schedule

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Compensation:
From $18 - $20 per hour
