    Description

    The Senior Principal Consultant will be a crucial part of the project team, offering expert guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects for clients within a market program. They will collaborate closely with the project manager and team members throughout all project phases, from initiation to closure. Additionally, they will play a key role in fostering client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining customer intelligence.

    What You Will Do:

    • Provide expertise on project tasks to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of quality services.
    • Define project tasks, estimate durations, and develop project schedules.
    • Offer technical support for project execution.
    • Communicate concepts and analysis results to clients through reports and presentations.
    • Lead research, data analysis, and customer/stakeholder analyses.
    • Develop recommendations, reports, and assist in client presentations.
    • Track project execution hours.
    • Cultivate relationships with existing clients to foster new business development.
    • Identify new business opportunities with current customers.
    • Engage in marketing activities, presentations, and proposal development.
    • Stay informed about ABSG Industrial Cybersecurity products and services.
    • Network to expand client base.

    What You Will Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum five (5) years of experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems.
    • Proven expertise in Systems Development with project management responsibilities.
    • PMP Certification and Microsoft Dynamics CE experience preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes and Dynamics 365 CRM.
    • Knowledge of various applications and their functionalities.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Automate.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to perform operational tasks.

    Reporting Relationships:

    Reports to senior management with no direct reports.
