Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the Dealership's accounting functions, including Payroll, AR, AP, and reconciliations
- Evaluate and develop office operations, processes, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations relating to automotive sales
- Compile data and prepare accounting reports, as needed
- Uphold best practices, internal controls, and company policy within the Dealership
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the accounting staff
- Support and promote Chapman's culture of teamwork and integrity
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience is
required: - A minimum of 1 year of accounting experience within the automotive industry is
preferred: - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to submit to a preemployment background check and drug screening
