Core Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Dealership's accounting functions, including Payroll, AR, AP, and reconciliations
  • Evaluate and develop office operations, processes, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations relating to automotive sales
  • Compile data and prepare accounting reports, as needed
  • Uphold best practices, internal controls, and company policy within the Dealership
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the accounting staff
  • Support and promote Chapman's culture of teamwork and integrity

Desired Qualifications and Experience:


  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience is
    required:
  • A minimum of 1 year of accounting experience within the automotive industry is
    preferred:
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willing to submit to a preemployment background check and drug screening
