Position Opening:

• Medical Assistant/Front Office professional Part time (MWF1:306)

If you are an experienced front/back office medical professional who is dedicated to customer service, quality patient care, and has the desire to contribute as a team member who is dedicated to the success of a chiropractic practice, we want to speak to you.

Medical Office Skills Experience:

• Medical Assistant Skills include
• Inoffice therapy procedure experience
• Patient history and physical intake
• Triaging patient phone calls
• Ensures that designated work area is clean and stocked with supplies on an ongoing basis
• Front Office Skills include
• Input and preparation of patient information for office visits and therapy procedures
• Checkin, checkout, patient appointment, and therapy scheduling
• Medical assistant/back office experience taking patient vitals, history, and documentation
• Insurance eligibility verification and preauthorization
• Medical records processing and electronic health record experience preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess excellent customer service skills, the confidence to work independently, and enjoy being part of a highly skilled team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Previous experience in a busy chiropractic or medical practice preferred.

The position wage is dependent on experience.
