Description
Responsibilities
- Operate Okuma CNC lathes, vertical mills, star swiss lathes.
- Must be able to accurately use precision measuring equipment and read blueprints.
- Operator will inspect parts during the production process to monitor for consistent dimensional and visual quality:
- Responsible for continuously monitoring equipment and tooling
- Follow verbal instructions and written instructions on the Process sheet, Drawings, and/or Programs
- Follow safety regulations
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50pound parts occasionally.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
Skills
- A minimum of 2 years CNC lathe and mill experience preferred.
- Experience with Fanuc and Okuma Controls.
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO shop a plus.
- High School Diploma minimum requirement
- Must speak English.
Full time 1st (7-3:30)or split 1-2 shift(11-7:30)
