Your Responsibilities

  • You will work on the contractual risk management process for offers, in close cooperation with subsidiaries. This includes identifying and evaluating commercial risks, as well as developing risk-mitigating measures in collaboration with the functions involved in the offer.
  • You will participate in the sales approval process by contributing commercial aspects (contract and consortium structure, offer conditions, taxes, insurance, financing, etc.).
  • You will also support subsidiaries during the offer phase until contract signing and in order processing.
