Your Responsibilities

  • Leading a department of support specialists for solving firstlevel IT problems
  • Managing and coordinating firstlevel support and the hotline
  • Strategically and professionally developing processes, methods, and tools in support
  • Full responsibility for cost centers and budget for client hardware
  • Providing professional and disciplinary leadership and development for employees
  • Responsible for automatic software distribution in the department
  • Monitoring Jira Service Desk tickets
  • Ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices in providing support services and managing service requests
  • Collaborating with other IT departments
  • Strategically, professionally, and economically developing the department

Bringing Your Strengths:
Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or business informatics
  • Relevant experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, and applications
  • Leadership experience and experience in employee development
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and disruptions, as well as SLAs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical thinking, solutionoriented approach, and high consulting competence
  • Good knowledge of German and English
