The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all maintenance-related activities, including mechanical, electrical, facility, equipment, and other maintenance-related activities, ensuring they are performed safely while meeting all company safety and environmental requirements. This position works closely with various departments, coordinating maintenance activities to ensure world-class uptime and equipment reliability.
Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
Degreed Engineer with an emphasis in any of the following: Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Controls or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least three years of successful and current experience as a maintenance manager or engineer in a continuous, high-speed manufacturing operation.
Must be able to excel in a deadline-oriented environment and demonstrate a high level of competence in organizing and prioritizing multiple work assignments. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently within interpretive guidelines, take the initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment; effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence; creative problem solving; great team player; working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
