Hey Night Owl We're looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team for the third shift.

If you're a pro at setting up machines and can read blueprints like a boss, we've got a spot for you.

Plus, there's plenty of opportunity for growth and advancement on our production floor.


Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup Expertise: You'll be responsible for setting up and preparing machines for production runs. This means making sure everything is calibrated and ready to roll to ensure smooth operation throughout the shift.

Blueprint Reading: Put those blueprint-reading skills to work You'll need to interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure parts are manufactured to the correct specifications.

Production Mastery: Once the machines are up and running, you'll monitor their performance to ensure quality and efficiency. If any issues arise, you'll troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed to keep things running smoothly.

Quality Assurance: We take quality seriously around here. You'll be responsible for inspecting parts throughout the production process to ensure they meet our high standards.

Continuous Improvement: We're always looking for ways to improve our processes. You'll be encouraged to provide input and suggestions for optimizing machine performance and increasing productivity.


Qualifications:

Machine Setup Experience: You've got a knack for getting machines up and running quickly and efficiently.

Blueprint Reading Skills: You're comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Problem-Solving Skills: When issues arise, you're quick on your feet and can troubleshoot and problem-solve with ease.

Willingness to Learn: You're eager to expand your skills and take on new challenges, with plenty of room for growth on our production floor.

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

  • Overnight Shift (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Cranston, RI: Relocate before starting work (required)
