Responsibilities:

• Perform cash management duties, including handling cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals
• Assist customers with account inquiries, providing information on products and services
• Conduct financial sales activities, promoting bank products and services to customers
• Utilize cash registers and other banking software systems accurately
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly
• Upsell additional bank products or services to customers when appropriate
• Perform basic math calculations accurately to ensure correct transaction amounts
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in cash handling or retail math is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions
• Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Proficient in using computers and banking software systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
