Job Duties


Under direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will perform varied and complex technical analytical assignments during the development and implementation of enterprise-wide organizational efforts to improve business processes that align with strategic direction.

The AGPA performs research and analysis as it relates to strategic planning and organizational development. Supports and models an adaptive organizational culture, which reinforces continuous learning, supports collaboration with stakeholder, and delivers quality services.

  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting written material to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on that data.
  • Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional, interdisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated communication skills and experience presenting issues before a wide range of audiences including senior level management teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey information in writing according to the needs of the audience.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to identify, document, and implement business improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management methodology, best practices, concepts, and tactics.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce measurable datadriven results efficiently, to provide data visualization that supports the results, and to communicate complex data clearly to your audience.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and customer engagement skills.

Pay:
$5, $7,114.00 per month
