Deputy team leadership

Calculation, creation and processing of maintenance contracts

Obtaining and processing of offers

Management and coordination of service technicians (human)

Material disposition and procurement

Economic responsibility for the organizational unit

What you bring

Completed vocational training in the field of heating, ventilation and sanitation or comparable education

Relevant professional experience in the field of service and maintenance with a focus on HVAC

Technical understanding of building technology systems of all kinds desirable

Good knowledge of MS Office applications
