For our client, a company from the German medium-sized business in Berlin, we are currently looking for a Head of Sales Operations (m/f/d) in direct placement.

Your tasks.

  • Leading the development and implementation of the strategic direction for sales measures as well as actively monitoring and evaluating sales success.
  • Responsibility for the support and continuous development of sales tools, with a special focus on ensuring quality standards for master data and conditions through a data-driven approach.
  • Ensuring a high-quality training program for employees, both for introductory and advanced training, to ensure that the sales team (business development, inside and outside sales) is always up to date.
  • Active participation in project-specific tasks of other departments, especially those related to sales, and ensuring smooth cooperation.
  • Assuming the central interface function for questions and challenges related to sales, both internally and externally (investor relations, management board, WP etc.)

Your profile.

  • Completed studies in business administration, economics, statistics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management position in the field of revenue operations, sales control, revenue analysis or business optimization.
