Your Responsibilities:
- Planning, monitoring and controlling of work preparation, material management and production
- Responsibility for the production of prototypes and their transition into series production
- Continuous improvement of production processes and quality
- Budget/cost planning and monitoring, ensuring compliance
- Disciplinary leadership responsibility for a team of approximately 10 employees
- Professional development of the team
- Responsibility for occupational safety and quality assurance
- Collaboration with other inhouse departments and departments within the company
Your Profile:
- Completed degree/technical training in mechanical engineering, production technology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in production, manufacturing or work preparation, ideally in special machine construction
- Crossfunctional, processoriented thinking and structured work approach
- Experience in employee leadership and development
- Handson mentality, characterized by teamwork and communication
- Loyal and reliable demeanor
- Proficient computer skills and experience with ERP systems.
