**The Roncallistift is a long-term care facility with 163 beds located in Ballston Spa, NY. We provide holistic and activating care, focusing on the mental, physical, and emotional needs of our residents. Our goal is to create a home-like atmosphere.


Nursing Professional (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • As a nursing professional, you will develop individualized care plans based on current nursing science and legal requirements, and provide basic and medical care to our residents.
  • You will collaborate with the social care team to offer engaging and activating activities.
  • You will facilitate communication between residents and their families.

Your qualifications:


  • You have completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing professional (m/f/d).
  • You have a respectful and empathetic approach towards our residents.
  • You are a team player and flexible.
